What atrociously rude staff!!

I wanted to exchange some denims and believed that the faerie glen superstore would have the biggest range. I walked into the store with 3 denim in a Pick n Pay clothing bag past security and the information desk and no where was a sign that said I needed to leave the bag at the information desk. In the clothing department I needed some help looking for a size and asked the man working in the men's department if he could assist after being ignored by 2 ladies in the women's department, one on her cellphone and the other simply with a scoff at me and walked away... The gentleman was by far the worst he started yelling how can I be such an idiot, How dare I ignore rules and more things which are too rude to even repeat! Eventually I found a lady by the name of Rosie who was more than willing to assist and was the only person who was friendly in the store. I was informed that I could not simply exchange the pants but had to go and return and buy the other ones. At the return desk I was treated to another lecture at 6:50pm that I was late and inconsiderate and was refused service! I simply stood there for 10 min until she helped me! The rudest staff I have ever come across!!!
