What a waste

We went to Pick n Pay on 26th September 2020 at Birkenhead Melkbostrand and my Husband bought a pack of Chicken Breasts that was reduced to R40.00. His eye sight is not too good and neither are mine as both Pensioners so when we wanted to cook it today smelt rotten so had to throw it in the dustbin. We then only saw the Sell By Date so should have cooked it that night. Can Pick and Pay please put a shelf up to mention the sell by date so we know in the future. We struggle as it is and quite horrifying having to throw it away. Is it possible you can reimburse us and rather get rid of Sell By Dates earlier.
