What a waste!

As a shareholder and fan of this retailer, I felt it my duty to complain.<br> I was shopping at the new Local Store in Perridgevale, Greenacres on 02nd March at 13h30.<br> The store was busy it being close to month end and lunch time. There were only two tellers open and eventually there was a long queue with many irate customers- some who even left their goods and went elsewhere. What made the situation even worse was that the manager or assistant manager were sitting at a table near the bakery in open view reading a magazine. The bakery manager was also watching this fiasco. There was no communication with the customers. A brand new store with poor management- What a waste!
