What a smell-accused of shoplifting deodorant!!

<p>Small shop at Pick n Pay Cresta Sunday 28/8,pay pack and make my way to my car.As i open the door, i sense 2 gentleman behind me.First thought is i am about to be ****** in broad daylight.But no, it is 2 security staff asking to check my shopping as they believe i have not paid for 2 Mitchums anti perspirant.I produce the till slip which shows clearly all is paid for. They state i can now leave and i said no ways-YOU FALSELY ACCUSE ME OF SHOPLIFTING, WE ARE GOING TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. This is what i did, the managers first response is the security staff are not PnP staff so it cant be his problem.My response-they are in your store-i did not contract them you did ! The manager then asks the security staff did they check camera footage and the answer is no so we cant establish on what basis they followed me.An attempt at an apology is made,i leave email address and mobile number stating i expect an apology.Now Wednesday 31st,almost 3 days have passed and not 1 word from PnP. I did leave my SMART SHOPPER card with the manager and said PnP can stick it were it fits best as i wont be using it again.37 years of customer support down the drain over ZAR 60 which was paid for.</p> <p>At least i wont smell with MY LEGITIMATE PURCHASE BUT PnP you do!!</p>
