What a service from Stingray! A round of applause to Peter and Ebrahim

Concerning the review I wrote on this platform regarding Pure pleasure electric blankets, I have been contacted by Ebrahim and Peter from Stingray, they were both extremely helpful with the complaint. They not only replaced the electric blanket but both. I didn't have to drive to any Pick n Pay, they sent a courier to my doorstep. Ebrahim even gave me his personal cellphone number so that anytime I experience something with these blankets i contact directly. I'm enjoying it as we speak.
