What a revolting store

I had the most unpleasant misfortune of popping into San Ridge Pick n Pay. Firstly there are no trolleys or baskets available at the door. Customers had to wait at tills and ask people who were paying if they were finished with their trolley. Secondly the shelves are half empty. Thirdly there is the most revolting "security officer" called Timin. He came up to my cashier and started fighting with her over something. She was visibly upset. This went on for about 2 minutes and everyone in the queue had to wait and the people behind me even commented on his rudeness. I initially thought he was some kind of manager until he half ripped my basket trolley away from me when I was exiting the store. He shoved a normal trolley at me and told me I wasn't allowed to take the basket trolley into the parking lot. Understandable (as I might ***** the dirty, broken thing). He then grabbed my shopping out of my basket trolley and tossed it into the normal trolley on top of the fresh baguettes I had bought. When I complained about this he aggressively muttered something at me and off he went. Really not a good person to have standing at the door of your shop!
