What a lovely bunch of idiots

Went to Strand P&P and asked how Avious card works. Did not know what I was speaking about! Rude and told me that they only use Smart Shopper and a Avious is used at BP.<br> <br> Then spoke a lady at the Customer Care. All she could tell me is that you have Smart Shopper points and swop for Avious points. But could not answer why I should do that? What are the benefits? maybe time to throough my P&P card away!
