What a joke!!!

Picknpay has offered me a R250 voucher off my next purchase at their store.... My airtym I used to call them will was way more then R250... They made me wait til my airtym finishes and iv asked them to call me back which they never did and that was everyday last week.... R250 to say sorry... Off my next purchase they offered me with bad customer service. And bad delivery status... I think I'm just deleting this asap app and bottles app and pretend picknpay don't exist. There are other stores that will be more then happy to treat me better then this... I think everyone else should do the same!! It will save you alot of B/s and airtym at the end of the day!!!! I waited 2weeks... I called everyday and everytime u guys made me wait til my airtime ran out... Everytime I asked to call me back u guys never did not once... My ass airtym alone I waisted is much more the a lousy R250!!!! Yet alone my time.. And all u got to say sorry is a lousy R250 voucher... Off my next purchase!!??!!!??! ***... Times r u tough as is... Nobodys even bringing the food prices yet only increasing them during this epidemic and u think 250 is gona shut me u p....hell no
