What a disgrace

<p>On saturday i decided to pop in by pick n pay clothing n1 city. The shop was clean the staff on the floor was helpful but when i got to the till what a disgrace. The way the staff get treated is just appalling. When managers feel the need to confront or disipline staff its not necessary to belittle them infront of customers..sure im a customer but have worked in retail before and this was no customer service. The manager whose name i couldnt see clearly was raising his voice at this poor woman infront. At least she had the decency to appologise on his behalf aswell.what has pnp clothing at n1 city become. If you go on like that at home i wonder how you carrying on at home.goodluck to the staff with ****ty managers like that</p> <p> </p>
