What a disappointment!

I made two orders in two consecutive days which was 25 and 26 of November and the first one of the 25th of november was never delivered yet on the app it showed that it was delivered and the following day i called the help centre and they managed to pay back the money on the app wallet, then boom today in the morning i wanted to make an order and see if they will do the same thing they did yesterday, so when the driver was about to be at the gate in 5 min i went to the gate and wait for him then after 7 min i saw him waiting at a wrong gate which is four streets away from my place then i called him to explain that he is at a wrong place he needs to just come down the street im waiting at the gate yoooh he started yelling at me telling me that he is waiting at my gate and he can’t see me so he is leaving and he hang up on me just like that and i tried to call him again and he dropped my calls and he cancelled my order😡😡😡😡
