What a disappointment

Pick n Pay Morningside - Shook by the attitude of the staff. They are not busy, however, I was not able to place an order with the Bakery as the lady assisting me did not provide much assistance. When I asked for the supervisor or manager, I was told that they do not have a manager and was given the name Mogomotsi. When I requested to chat to Mogomotsi, I was told by the cashier that Mogomotsi is not in and she just looked at me like there is nobody I could chat to. Placed my order at PnP competitor instead... I understand we all have it tough in life but the service received by this branch is disgusting and I can't imagine who employs such individuals. No wonder PnP is failing, they don't even have their staffs support. Poor customer service is real. What a disappointment.
