What a ****

I purchased groceries via picknpay asap and some of my items were out of stock .pnp didn't refund my money instead I was issued an authorization letter for me to provide to my bank however my bank also refuses to pay because theres no pending transaction. I've been calling pnp every day 😩..what a **** !!!!!!!
