Westwood pick n pay a big NO NO

I have been to Pick n pay on Friday the 02/11/2018 for a few items.... usually lines are not long at this store however on this day i waited for +-15 minutes but that didnt bother me as i also needed to draw cash at the till point... finally i get to the cashier only for her to tell me that she cannot give me cash back as i need to follow the Sassa que .... so i explain that im not a *****ioner she says no no thats the rule for today ... even then i am calm n take my trolley to go pay and draw my cash only to be told that at that till point i cannot pay for my items ... so now im forced to swipe my card for the 1 item that i purchased and then follow another que for 30 minutes to get cash back i was furious..... on saturday morning i needed to draw money again so hubby n i decided we will drive to the Chatsworth Pick n Pay bcoz i really was not in the mood to pay bank charges twice and still follow ques for 45minutes.... at chatsworth i paid for my items and drew cash although there was a que for Sassa on the other end .... westwood needs to wake up .... i will not be going there again i would prefer to drive to chatsworth or pavillion .... annoyed with their poor management...
