Went to pick and pay galleria to purchse an item
Went to pick and pay galleria to purchse an item. Told by an Indian female the call centre is a free call ?? I had to update details and communication for the smart shopper card. Phoned the call centre told by Amber its not a free call from a land line. Service at call centre was disgusting!! Failed to sort out my opt in for communication on the card . Phoned the branch asked a lungi to get the branch manager to call me. Didn't do so. Spoke to a Coen on Thursday morning absolutely USELESS . Told him get the call centre to call me back. Nobody has done so!!!

They don't even know their own competition RULES!!! MANAGER at pick n pay galleria COEN absolutely PATHETIC and useless and arrogant. Disgusting shameful SERVICE from PICK N PAY!!!!
