Weevils in food stuff

Good day. I am very disappointed to find out that Pick n pay has hygiene problems similar to smaller retail stores. I purchased the following items: pea dhall, breyani dhall, speckled beans and they all contained hundreds of weevils. The sad thing is that one is not safe purchasing food from Pick n pay and you guys claim to have high standards. I did return the goods but what shocked me further is that head office did not reply to my complaint logged on their website. What happened to customer service these days, is it all about making money and not offering goods and/or service to the highest possible standard. I think I was better of shopping elsewhere. And I also have a smart shopper card and when I tried to redeem these points, I was told to phone customer care. This is also poor as I do not have the time to sit on the phone with customer care and I am not sure whether its a free call or not. I just find that Pick n Pay is overrated. I must commend you on neatness though!!!
