Webston Food Manager Woodmead PNP - rude and unhelpful

Been twice to Woodmead GP for Webston Food Mng to asssit,but he just looks at you or just doesnt answer.This is not the 1st time this store delivered shoody customer service.I tired other social media contact with PNP to obainl assistance with no reposnse.PNP is really losing the plot with customer service and Webston needs training urgently. I hope a regional or nation manager will make contact with me so I share my poor experience and offer assistance as store level and online platforms of PNP cannot, dont and they dont bother,as I said before this is not the 1st bad experince at this store Woodmead and Webston there is no words, training or divine intervention that can assist him please get someone who is customer orientated at this flagship store or we the larger surrounding community (and we are a large community network)will have to shop else where.
