I called PicknPay customer care this morning. The man I spoke to took down my number as if he would call me back, well he didn’t. Now I ran out of airtime, I can’t make a call to my dentist to book an appointment because I ran out of airtime. Its been ten minutes since I spoke to him, still no call back. I am ****ed off right now, so I will not be answering any phone calls from PicknPay today because I don’t want to ruin my day and I will not be reading any emails from PicknPay.

01 May 2024, 21:54No I will not be going to that PicknPay or any other PicknPay in fact because this is not my first complaint, not my second, I’ve complained several times. Not only this year but last year too about the same product, I am so tired of not being taken seriously. I told Jessica that it wasn’t my first complaint and that I complained last year too, she then told me that she not working at that PicknPay last year, she was working at Emnotweni and that she had started working at Eznambeni this year in 2024. So what she was saying exactly is that I was insane, I make things up. Well I’m not insane,I’ve been buying groceries from that PicknPay for a year and three months now. I am emotionally and physically exhausted, that PicknPay has put me through a lot!
