We pay and the packers take our groceries!

We bought our monthly groceries like we normally do. And when we got home there were 2 bags of groceries missing. It is terrible. You pay for the groceries & the bags and then they just conveniently forget to put it in your trolley. We stay in the other side of Centurion and by the time that we got home the shops were already closed. And to get the groceries out of them is just an endless battle. I am so angry and will definitely never support this Pick 'n Pay again.
