'We no listen when customer talk'

I went to this Gordon's Bay pick n pay this afternoon. I needed 2 6 packs of still water and had to ask a staff member on the floor to fetch me still water. To my disappointment upon arrival at home it's sparkling water which was not what I asked for in store. Now I'm expected to spend more time and money to rectify this blunder when I wss clear from the start.
