Water contaminated again

please note that there is something wrong with the refill water AGAIN!! a while back it smelled like bleach, i refilled again from you on sunday and this time it tastes/smells like Garlic! please look into this ASAP!! as im not the only one complaining, all my colleagues also buys from you and they are saying the same thing!!
