Waste of time, left empty handed, and embarrased all due to Smart shopper offline

<p> </p> <p>I just got back from Pick n Pay in Observatory with the intention of using my smart shopper card to pay for some sale items only to arrive at the till and the cashier tells me they are offline so I spent all that time in the queue for nothing to walk out empty-handed. I am not impressed at all and was left embarrassed to have to leave my groceries behind as I had no other means to pay. I had just recently been approved for credit for the sole purpose of using the store card when I do not have any cash available. But what is the use when I was left without anything anyway?</p> <p>What a waste of my time. I will never bother using smart shopper again. All the cashier could say was is sorry we are offline you will have to try at another store. As if I have time to run around between stores! Not happy at all.</p>
