Waste Of Time and Money!!!!!
I ordered a few things on Pick N pay online shopping and Im still waiting on my order even though the order says delivered! Customer service is not doing much ! offered me a refund and R50 discount voucher but I dont want to use this app ever again!!!! How can I trust using an App that does not even verify if they are delivering to the correct person!!!!!! I still need to make dinner for tonight!!! I thought this would be easier and more convenient but it turned out to be be a complete waste of time and money!!!!!!

This is my first time downloading and using Pick N Pay ASAP, thinking that it will be convenient , quick and because Checkers does not deliver in my area yet, let me use you guys.
I need to make dinner and I'm currently working, and I would not have time to run to the shops.
Pick N Pay Asap promises delivery within 20 to 30 minutes only to find that my order has been delivered to someone else!!!!
No one contacted me to check if they were at the correct house and after speaking to customer care, they kept reacting as though I was being dishonest and most likely did receive the order!
I even received an email from Ishudean to state that my order was delivered!,
No answer after I told them that it was not delivered!
I'm not happy!
Dinner is not sorted and all they can offer is a refund and a R50 online voucher, which I'm not going to use , cause I won't use this app again!
No remorse, no real empathy and no real resolve on my issue!
They did not even let me know where they really delivered the order to!
I'm ****ed!!
