Waste of time

Well I arrived at the store at 17:10 to send money to someone who was already at another pick n pay in Eastern Cape. Patiswa the cashier was assisting me but she was very clueless of the process and what must be done, because she was doubting herself she called her supervisor Dorothy Links who is a front line Manager. So she arrived and advised that I should pay R10 more to what I had paid already because I want my grandma to receive R500 and Patiswa had advised me to send R505 and my grandma would receive R500. I advised them I won't pay the extra R5 that's their fault for not training their staff properly not mine. Then she called Roskin Hudson the assistant Manager to come authorize this R5 by now my phone had switched off and he went to find me a charger as I'm an iPhone user that's the only interaction I had with him no apology or sorry and then Anathi Tsengiwe Grocery Manager came to assist this is the fourth person I was now dealing with I was fed up, irritated and annoyed at the fact that everyone there was useless until Anathi helped she ended up using her phone to assist me further thank you, I wish everyone was like you. This was at Pick n Pay Promenade my first and last time time going there I want someone to call me so I can teach you what Customer service is all about clearly your NPS score must be low ....
