Waste of my precious time.
Pretty pointless having an app for deliveries that doesn’t deliver. Spent days trying and waiting to be able to order as clearly this company cannot plan for their Black Friday specials they spend millions on promoting. Only to have the incorrect items delivered. Trying to get any response from them is proving impossible. Why spend so much money trying to attract customers only to not be able to deliver. Pathetic.

09 Dec 2021, 11:45I have had over 12 responses from Pick n Pay repeatedly saying they are addressing the issue. But it would seem this means just endlessly sending out "we have received your message and will attend to it" whereas they have no intention to do this at all. Pure gaslighting . They continue to de***** people out of their hard earned cash and then delay in doing refunds. The amount of interest that is being earned like this should be investigated. The hundreds and thousands of complaints on all social media channels is testament to this. I am disgusted and appalled that an organisation that self proclaims to care about its customers could not give a hoot. My business may be nothing to you but I will never support any of your stores again. That's how a giant crumbles, losing 1 customer at a time.
