Waste of money and time.

I went to Pick n Pay on Saturday to sell empty bottles of beer of which i normally do, and i went to customer service and asked a lady by the name of Audrey if i can sell the empty beer bottles and she said yes since they are told to accept them and i mentioned to her that i have lots of empty bottles and she said i can bring them in. I went inside the store with 3 trolleys of black bottles and 01 of green bottles one of the ladies whom i did not check her name plate approached me and asked if all the bottles where mine and i said yes, she said they are not allowed to accept the empty bottles. She went to the manager by the name of Thulani and she came back to us to say Thulani is refusing to accept the bottles. I asked to see the manager, Thulani came to us and said SAB instructed them not to take empty bottles and the only time he can assist us is when i exchange the bottles and buy the same size of beer bottles. I tried to explain that I'm not taking the money and all i want is to sell bottles and load the money using pick and pay gift voucher he was so arrogant and refused to assist. Another lady by the name of Sarah tried to assist but failed. He referred me to Makro.
