Wast of food

I put my order in at 12.07 on the 26.02.2022 they only deliver at 3.28 -3 and n half hours later by then the fish fingers were defrost and smell and the bacon. I send them a email but as always they only send u tickets. ASAP REALLY HAVE THE WORST SERVICES. I cant eat the food now do they know its a sin to wast food. I really will never use them again.
