Washing machine nightmare

I bought a washing machine for my 85 year old father from Pick n pay a Defy 10kg Manhattan. It was delivered yesterday I also had to pay an extra R100 for them to install which I was never made aware of.

After installation we tested the machine to see if it works. Upon opening the soap filter it was dirty and full of washing powder can see it has been used. We proceeded and when the machine started to pump water my whole floor was under water as the whole bottom part of the machine is broken.

I then phoned Pick n Pay to come and collect and give me a new machine as I was told someone will phone me back... Up to now still no assistance. This is pathetic customer service and I will never buy electronics from Pick n Pay again. My poor father is now still sitting without a washing machine and Pick n Pay doesn't care at all. I tried phoning again an hour ago nobody even answers the phone at the appliances department. Disappointed!!!!! Pathetic!!!!! No service what so ever!!!!!
