Was sold old chicken

On the 26/09/17 I bought two braai packs and on discovered when I got home that the chicken was off and had a bad smell. The next morning I returned the chicken and explained to them chicken is off and I explained from the start I looked everywhere and cant find my slip.i shop here amost everyday of my life. I did not want the refund, but just wanted my chicken to be exchanged.

I explained I have three minor kids and this would be the last meal as I only get paid the last day of the month. They didn't care less.

I took it to their Facebook page and they emailed requesting all details as I even have pictures of old chicken. They could not even care to ask for them.

Till now I haven't heard anything from their team.

Thank you for great service pick 'n pay as you left me without my last MONEY AND CHICKEN I DONT HAVE. I will tell all my family and friend not to shop by pnp as im disgusted/disappointed in you as it was my favourite place to shop.
