Was laughed at

This is a late complaint as I just kept forgetting. On the 25th of June 2015 I went to pick n pay at the workshop in Durban.. my gran asked me to buy her snuff of which I had no idea where I will get.. its not something she regularly asks me to get for her as I live in Jhb and she in Kzn. When i got to pnp, at the tills I asked the ladies that were helping with my sale.. but instead of being assisted I was made a joke.. they all laughed at me saying why would a young lady like me buy a snuff. I was very embarrassed by their behaviour as supervisors were involved in this. According to me their job is to sell but who the client is buying that for shouldn't be their businesses.
