Warning, never use their ASAP app.

Will never ever buy from Pick n Pay ever again. Have had items missing from my order every now and then, and then it takes over a week for you to be credited. And all too often the drivers get narky if they do not get a tip. I think we hit the Final straw with Pick n Pay on 13/11/2021. Both bags arrived, unsealed, and to my surprise, an item was missing. A large meat pack, which was meant for guests arriving within an hour, was missing. I phoned them, just to hold on forever, then resulted to email, as their chat option is no longer available. And to date 17/11/2021, nothing has been resolved. They still investigating the matter.

In Future I will never use them again, would rather go to Checkers60 as they are ACTUALLY reliable. And also warn absolutely everyone, why you should not use them.
