Be careful when ordering online from Pick n Pay Clothing! You will not get your package and you will not receive any assistance from customer services as their number ***) doesn't work!

Complaint: online order ***

Placed an online order on 7 October; however I was notified that my parcel was lost/****** by the courier company (Courier Ninya/Fast & Furious Distribution) on 24 October.

I've logged two tickets #549578 & 547283 and both tickets were marked as closed. The Pick n Pay Clothing customer services agents, Zakiera Mahatey & Adrian Louw are beyond useless!

All I asked was to refund the R764.98....this now seems impossible. I will however never place an online order again and neither should YOU!
