I placed an order for one item… and the wrong item was delivered. I’ve phoned customer care and sent multiple emails — all I keep hearing is “sorry for the inconvenience, there was a barcode issue.”

That barcode issue is not my problem. The correct item shows as in stock online. I only ordered online because my size wasn’t available in store.

Their “solution” is that I must take the incorrect item to a store — but I simply want the correct item I paid for. Customer care has been extremely unhelpful. When the consultant ran out of answers, she pretended the line was breaking, and ended the call. Unacceptable.

PnP Clothing Online — you have truly disappointed. I will not be ordering from you again.
