Wanted an exchange.
I bought a 360 toothbrush, thinking it was a battery operated toothbrush. When I got home opened it up and the press button I thought it was the on and off button was just a button. Today I was returning the item to get the correct toothbrush, they said, they do not take opened items. Please help me is this okay, while I did not use it. Ermelo Pick n' Pay
