Want my refund
Having a huge problem with pick pay ASAP, I have been trying to get my refund since the 03 of may and they kept on telling me money is refunded and close my query, today I'm told it's too late to query about my money it's been too long. I have spoken to a lot of different people. Must I forfeit my money

08 Jun 2023, 10:45I made an order on 2nd May(***) for R749, Money was refunded to ewallet order cancelled. I used that money to make an order 03rd May ( ***) which I did not receive the stuff and amount was R689.00 and remaining in my ewallet was R135 for stuff that was not available. I want rend of R553. 90 I paid
