Wallet refund from pick n pay Asap

I bought some items with at pick n pay asap and some items were not available therefore a refund was made to my wallet in their app. I then transferred from the app wallet to my bank account and on the 05/01/2024 I received an email to advise that my transfer was done but till today I have not received it. I sent an email to them and was advised to speak to my bank which I did. I sent an email to them requesting proof that my payment was done from their side and my email was ignored. I sent another email after 5 days to follow up on the email they did not respond too .
