Wallet Refund
Pick n Pay ASAP service on wallet pay outs are ridiculous. You received confirmation and been advised it will take 5 to 10 working days to process refund. This was on the 22nd of December 2022, yet no refund notification. It's the 10th working day today and their call center can only refer the query, how many times do a client needs to do a follow up. If you order online money is deducted immediately but you have to wait 5 - 10 working days!!!! Pathetic service!!

We have been advised that your refund was topped into your Wallet on 20.12.2022. Due to a technical error the top ups were slightly delayed in being transferred however this should be rectified now. Kindly go to your settings and click Wallet there should be a PAYOUT VIA EFT option click on this and follow all the steps and once you are done you should see a done notification. Please allow 3 - 10 Business days excluding weekends for the refund to reflect in your bank account, should you transfer the credit from your wallet to your bank account.
