Pick 'n Pay Hypermarkets do not answer their phones. They advertise a cell phone which is only available at selected hypermarkets. To find out which one has it is impossible. My experience with Pick' n Pay is very disappointing generally. Technology has not arrived or is severely lacking at this company....

26 May 2023, 18:36Pick 'n Pay Ottery, no answer after numerous times. Brackenfell did answer but when transferred to mobile section, nobody answered. Tried several times again but then nobody answered there either. Eventually drove to Ottery to find out that phone is not in stock.
