WAKE UP PICK 'N PAY

What is going on??? You say to sms my smart shopper card number to 30926 to join the PET CLUB. That doesn't work. The telephone number on the card is out of date. I had to google a customer support number and held on for ages. Finally got through, was asked many questions and finally told that my call would be confirmed via email. It was ..... but to say that I had joined the 'PEP CLUB'!!!!! So I started again. This time I held on even longer. Finally somebody picked up but couldn't help me so said she would transfer my call - I correctly selected Option 6 and was attended to on that option the first time. The call dropped. Someone has just called me. That saved the day but doesn't undo the absolute frustration to get to what I needed to do
