Waiting forever for Pick ‘n Pay asap to deliver

I ordered via asap 11:19 and my order was paid for with my FNB card. 12:14 today I just received a reversal from asap to my bank account and not my shopping which I have been waiting for for the past 60minutes. How disappointing!!!
