Waiting for order the whole day worst service ever

I'm very very angry stressed I ordered from ASAP 08:44 this morning no order received till now , my last money on my account I had to use T-shirt as a nappy I have been waiting for my child nappies and milk I'm typing this my child is crying non stop holding hour for call centre and hour for festival Mall they don't answer or they hang up Festival mall your service suckes atleast to answer is we know WhatsApp maybe arrange to come fetch your cruel guys I'm gonna spend night with a child without nappied
