Waiting for more almost 4 months for stock ordered

Me and my wife went to order 2 pressure cooker rings for the 11 litre ones on 12 December 2014. The first time we went there was at the beginning of January, because we gave it about a month, because of the holidays etc. We were then told by Maggie to to the loadshedding, delivery was delayed, so we must come back in two weeks.We went back, then she told us Tedelex does not have stock, we must come back later. We went back, then she told us the drivers are on their way there, we must come back. When we went back again, she said they had no stock, and she will call us with update. No call, so went back, then she said there was no stock, she will call us, no call. Went back again, Maggie was not there, other person checked in order book, could not find our order??Our order nr on the slip is 14278. This is really bad service, please help.
