Waiting 44 Min for order ( still no order after been told by the Baker 45min)

I went today to p&pay showgate for garlic bread.i ask and the Baker inform Sibongile the bread would be read y in 45 Min I went back walking when I get their no garlic bread. Baker said I must come back in 45 Min

I then went to the f/manager he was very helpful he went to manager and the staff were called The f/manager offer that they could make garlic bread with rolls I said thanks and agree O my word the girl who make the bread did not know they must be rapped in foil she just pack it in a plastic bag.

That's it my whole day and planning ****led. Seems their are no training. Discipline for the staff . I not the first time it happen. Wonder what the staff members would say if they been treated like that from a nother shop???
