Waiting 3 hours for PnP ASAP order

Pick and Pay Fourways Crossing should not accept orders on ASAP if they can't deliver.

I can't order at 08:30 and at 11:30 I am still waiting for the order. It's not even more than 1 bag I don't understand why it would take so long. If they can't deliver ASAP they they shouldn't accept.

Also it doesn't help that PnP ASAP won't refund money immediately when you want to cancel so you are bound by that order.
