Waited for grocery the whole afternoon

I have been experiencing issues with Pick n Pay Nkomo Villagein Atteridgeville Pretoria,this is the second time buying online,today I bought grcecy at about 12:00 since i have waiting no calls from them ,even phoned no assistance,I could have chosen another store but since I am unable to drive due to my accident it was better to buy online ,imagine waiting for foods with my family the whole day,Poor service
