Wait in line very long to have rude people assist!

I have only visited the Pick n Pay in Centurion Mall twice and both times were so disappointing.<br> They have one line regardless if you have your months shopping trolley filled or a bread to buy, therefore you stand in line for at least 25 min in the off peak periods.<br> Yes there is a counter in front to buy lotto tickets, cigarettes etc. but that line is long and very slow!<br> <br> The second time I went there, we stood yet again for 30min. When we eventually got to the front the cashier was unable to assist us with a withdrawal, because she claimed not to have cash, referring us to another till. We obviously didn't want to wait even longer and requested less cash, even R200 would do. She attempted to complete 2 separate transactions! After explaining to her that it should be one transaction, she still took her time...and gave us R500 - (But she had no cash!) <br> During all this \negotiation"";I promised myself never to return to that PnP in Centurion Mall!"""
