Vouchers and refund
Pathetic service!!! I bought Pick'nPay ASAP vouchers and the same team can't advise how to use them on the app. I've sent messages days in a row even @8am and I get the generic "we're busy and will get to you". When I used cash I didn't get my full order and it's already been a week without my refund. Can I get some assistance before I report this as theft.

09 Sept 2021, 13:18This is the worst response I've ever had from a complaint. This is the same generic response I keep getting even when I'm first in line @8am. If I send the request earlier than 8am you tell me you're not open. How do you operate? Simplest query first?
