Voucher ****!!!

On the app it was advertised that if you spend R350 or more you will receive a R100 voucher. No voucher received and when I follow up, I am told the time for the promo has lapsed. How is this my problem since you failed to send me the voucher in the first place. Pick n Pay do better!!!
