Volkano smart watch

I bought a volkano smart watch at pick n pay hyper in norwood. After only 10 days the screen was not working properly. I took it back yesterday to pick n pay in greenstone to receive a credit. I was told that the watch had to be repaired and it would take 20 working days. This means that I will get a repaired watch for which I paid full price, not fair. Also, I have to wait 20 working days to get it back. This is unacceptable, the consumer must suffer inconvenience because the watch is defective.
