Violated by staff member

It has been over a week and nobody has come back to me with feedback on any actions taken!

Last week Wednesday I visited the V&A branch, decided to use the vouchers I was given to purchase some clothing. I had to find someone to assist me to be let into the change rooms, door lock isn't working properly, begin to try on clothing to have a staff member open the door then proceed to now have a conversation while I'm standing in my underwear, I feel completely violated and saddened that nobody has since come back to me, despite speaking to 2 of the stores managers
