Very,very poor customer service 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I just got out at the pick n pay store in maponya mall at about 10:35am Firstly I went into the store to pay my bills and as we know that we can pay bills at money market and I went to a queue when I approached the cashier who didn't even have a name tack I greeted her and ask to pay for my bills instead of assisting me she told me go to cigarette counter and pay ,I ask her isn't this money market she said I don't do payments I do only lotto I asked her where is it written that only lotto she said you never asked ,I went to cigarette counter when I got there the till was stuck and the cashier was trying her best to take each and every customer in her till to pay at the front till while her till was rebooting I told her I was in money market and I was told to come being highly pregnant as I am taken from pillar to post the lady at the money market doesn't even smile with customers she's do rite,the cashier went there to ask why is she sending customers away she told her I don't want my till to stuck that's why I don't do payments only lotto,when the cashier tried explaining her problem with her till she turned her away saying she won't do it.
